Rue Saigon

Be Friendly was engaged to create a brand and space to reflect the exciting and delicious evolution of Vietnamese cuisine: presenting the street food classics Banh Mí and Phó (and friends) in a modern Australian context. From naming the store to polishing the tables and topping up the hoisin bottles, Be Friendly has been hands on with every aspect of Rue Saigon’s development.

Clean lines and bare concrete throughout the interior differentiate Rue Saigon from the traditional clutter of a suburban Vietnamese takeaway. Bold black and white furnishings with dramatic green highlights create balance and clarity with a splash of flavour – like a big bowl of phó for your eyes.

And you’re never far from a bottle of Sriracha!
